Return Policy
Applies to orders placed through our supply shop.
Printers
Printers may be returned within 45 days of receipt for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and opened consumable items shipped with the printer are not eligible for refund.
Other unopened items
All other unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Condition of items
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the items, insured, to our corporate location.
Refund timeline
Once the returned items are received and inspected, and if they are in new and unopened condition, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original form of payment.
